Refund & Return Policy

At Supreme Dumplings, we are committed to delivering high-quality frozen dumplings straight to your door. We guarantee that your order will arrive fully frozen and in good condition. If your dumplings arrive damaged or melted, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement, subject to the terms below.

How to Check for Melted or Damaged Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. A product is considered damaged or melted if:

  • Dumplings are clumped together (more than three stuck together).
  • The product packaging is visibly damaged, compromising quality.
  • There is evidence that the product has thawed and refrozen.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  1. Notify Us: Contact our customer support team within 7 days of the delivery date.
  2. Provide the Following Information:
    • Order number (begins with "Supreme Dumplings-").
    • Clear photographs of:
      • The exterior of the shipping box (showing the shipping label).
      • The interior of the box, including any remaining dry ice bags (even if empty).
      • The packing slip.
      • The damaged or melted dumplings.
      • The Best By date on the product packaging.
  3. Submit Your Request:

Once we receive all the required information, we will review your claim and provide a resolution.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Exchanges & Order Changes

  • Gift items may be exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges will be issued as store credit or a discount code (restrictions may apply).
  • Once a shipping label has been created, we cannot make changes to the order, including holds, product edits, or address modifications. Please verify your order details in your confirmation email before checkout.
